The Whole Point

Although this blog is the result of a whole bunch of closely related assignments for JOUR 450 - International Reporting, every article, post, news-piece, and every thing in the side-bar [the links, etc.] are all very true, and super helpful to anyone planning on coming to the United States as a foreign correspondent, or a reporter, from another country. This will be particularly helpful to people coming to the USA from India - there will be, as time proceeds, information available on this blog, about the process of getting a VISA, the process of keeping it current and legal, and the essentials that a journalist covering -specifically- animal/environmental news here - should have in his/her kit.

This is not intended to be just the end result of a class I am taking for a semester. Hopefully, it will continue to be a source of valuable information to those looking to fly in as international reporters.
